So easy to book, and e ticket received within 10 minutes of booking. The only issue was my mistake, despite reading that I needed tie sure I printed the tickets as we would not be allowed into the park.... I didn't!! I didn't see the bold arrow to the right of each persons ticket. However, Julie in the Donald reception was so so helpful , I think I could have kissed her. She printed the tickets off for me after I logged into my emails. I did call 365, and was advised an email was sent, and I have no doubt they did, but the first assistant I spoke to to after queuing for half an hour said she hadn't received it! Thankfully she sent me to the Donald reception. So please make sure you download and print, click the bold arrow to the right. Thank you for your help 365 ????
