The purchase of the tickets was fast and easy. My issues arrived when I reached the venue I had booked waited in line for 40 minutes to be told the ticket I had needed to be exchanged for individuals tickets from the box office which had a line which took another 30/40 minutes. We booked these tickets to save us time and give us more time to enjoy the Theme Park. We ended having some very tired and grumpy children who just wanted to start to have fun but couldn't due to the poor quality of service we received. If this is what needed to happen it should have stated clearly on our paperwork to avoid the delays we experienced. However it should not have happened in the first place as your company should ensure what is being issued to customers is the correct ticket for the venues!
