Booking for Ripleys world was relatively easy ;I booked after your helpline closed...but trying to print off the tickets was a nightmare.I sent emails to the customer helpline telling them I wanted to use the tickets the next morning.The reply came around 10 .40 saying tickets had been rebooked and to use my mobile to show barcodes.Had to go up the road to get a signal for each code separately before he could scan all 6 of them.We wasted over half an hour on this with 4 impatient little ones .Normally I get one PDFsothat I can print all the tickets in one go
