Hi. I booked tickets for my grandchildren to come to your Aqua park but my payment failed to go through. I think too much time had lapsed by the time I got to the payment. I then heard from one of your employees that it had not, in fact gone through and I would have to rebook. I did try but the times available were not suitable so I regretfully had to leave it.
However M I have received my bank statement and realise the payment did go through on the 4th August. So, we missed out. Can you help. Jill Childs
