Your tickets and the whole process of printing out was very easy, however we bought tickets for Shedd Aquarium and Sky Deck in Chicago. Shedd went as expected. No waiting in lines, however Sky Deck was a nightmare. They did not want to acknowledge these tickets as being anything other then anyone walking in off the street without prepurchased tickets. You can go stand in the cattle lineup for an hour and be shoved here and there. Sky Deck was crap, would advise you avoid this visit to Chicago. It sucks! They were rude and treated us like criminals when we were suspose to avoid all this hassle in the first place.
