Purchasing the tickets was very easy, however I expected to print off the actual tickets and not a voucher to be exchanged at the box office. On calling I was advised that there is currently a 1 to 2 hour queue at the Box office and no mention was made of this on the web site. Your agent explained that if you ring you are advised of this fact , however this information was only given as an afterthought as I pushed for details. This is an on line service and you would not call unless a problem occurred, and I had already purchased my tickets which are non refundable . I do feel as though I have been misled and would not chose to purchase tickets through this site again.
