The website does not state that the booking will not be confirmed immediately - we are flying first thing tomorrow morning and I expected to receive the emailed tickets straight away so I can print them out before we leave - they say on the confirmation (but this is only once you have booked and paid) it can take up to 24 hours! Have just called to find out if we will get the tickets before we leave or, if not, to cancel the order, and the phone has gone through to voicemail (even though it says the office is open today 8am until 4pm) and the Chat Facility is turned off so now I have to wait to see if anyone will get back to us today. One very unhappy customer!
