Dear 365 The overall experience was good but a few improvements are needed. I have listed a few comments below that might improve the experience: Good: 1. The security is good - forwarded emails do not allow tickets to be generated. 2. There is a lot of useful information printed on the ticket. I like the detail and arrangement of information. Not so good: 1. On certain devices - the email confirmation did not display correctly. For example I could not download tickets on my computer (Windows 7 professional). However on my tablet (Android) the email did display. So this meant the downloads had to be shared via Bluetooth to my computer to enable colour printing. 2. During the payment process, some security checks left the process pending for long periods. I later received an email indicating there were problems with the 365 site. 3. Before payment is processed, the should be a clear summary of what has been selected. The interface on this part can be improved. Kind regards Mark 2.
