I ordered tickets for the gondola ride and paid for the trip. The money has exited by account. It's been over 2 hours now and I have still not received the confirmation email stating the order is confirmed, even though the site said this was sent. I have no email either with my e-tickets. Instead I have an email asking why I didn't complete my order. It's 236am and I have lost serious sleep now worrying about where my money has gone.
I've booked numerous tickets from differing sites, from planes to trains to buses to attractions and this is the first site this happens on. This is terrible and nobody to answer it til the morning.
Is this site real at all?
