Bought the tickets last minute. A security check delayed the vouchers being sent but a woman from customer services kindly phoned me and dealt with the matter once I emailed them.
The tickets are vouchers which we needed to exchange for tickets . London eye - the cashier recommended for back half an hour before closure for short queues and to save money on Fast pass upgrades. Also saw sunset .. Only other queues were for a few minutes so really am impressed and will use again
