I tied booking tickets for the first time on this website. At the end of the booking I choose to print out the voucher. The downside was that there did not seem any way to save the voucher in order to print it at a later date (I needed to email it to work to print). There did not appear to be any "my account" option where I could log in later and then print. I tried to call their helpline for advice while the voucher was still onscreen but was left holding for a long time only to get an answerphone message. I left my number but no call back. I have had to print screen the voucher in two halves and as this is a present I am now unsure if this will even be accepted so more phone calls necessary it appears. I also tried to book 2 tickets for the special £14 offer on Ripleys believe it or not but the system would only give me the option of 0 or 1?! I gave up trying to add them to my basket. I went off site to Virgin Experiences to book the other part of my present and it was so straight forward to use and tickets due tomorrow. 365, you have a great site but these problems need sorting. Hope my review helps.
