Very convenient and fast access to tickets. customer service was very helpful as well as the email receipt did not come right away and we were waiting to get into the john Hancock observatory. Great bundle price for the john Hancock and skydeck in the sears tower. You are supposed to print out the vouchers and present them to the ticket counter but we were already in the john hancock counter so I was able to email the voucher to the attendant without a problem. We did stop by my place and print the sears tower voucher so I am not sure if you could do the same there. Anyways the experience was excellent
