I bought 2 X Adult 2 for 1 River Roamer passes for visiting family and myself, printed and downloaded the vouchers as instructed on your website, arrived at Westminster pier and walked down towards the pier boarding point only to be told by a Thames Clipper representative at the embarking point, I needed to go back to the Thames Clipper Booth ticket office as my 365 printed vouchers were not recognised by him and required me to walk back to Thames Clipper ticket office to present my 365 vouchers.
When I arrived at the Thames Clipper booth ticket office I had to explain and convince the two ticket office operatives that the 365 vouchers in my possession were legitimate vouchers to exchange for Thames Clipper tickets.
It goes without saying the whole experience was unnerving and an inconvenience.
My question to you is why were the two Thames Clipper ticket operatives unsure of the legitimacy of your voucher?
What can be done to address the inconvenience I experienced after purchasing 365 vouchers?
