I used this site to buy tickets for my grandson and his girlfriend to experience the Barcelona scenic tour while they were on holiday in Salou. As it was his first holiday abroad by himself I was very anxious. A lady named Mary Gladwin emailed me to explain there was a hiccup with the tour but she would sort it out which she did. We exchanged quite a few emails to each other and I told her how anxious and worried I was not only did she put my mind at ease but she went above and beyond her work duties. She actually went to the hotel to meet Jamie and Amber and took them to the tour office for them to exchange their voucher. Then she helped them purchase a local bus ticket pass and then drove them to Portadventura. I can't thank her enough. Mary Gladwin you are a star and an asset to the company. I am going to Salou on 9th May and will be purchasing tickets for the same tour from 365 tickets without any hesitation. Hopefully I can meet meet up with Mary and thank her personally.
