I recently pre-ordered a game from 365 Games and I must admit because of this shambolic experience I will not be using the store again in the future. From the lack of clarity on the item listing (with procedures that seem to counter there own dispatch policy on games with CD Keys), to the shocking lack of communications (simply not receiving replies to some messages) to the abysmal lack of any real customer services at all.
It is now looking like I will not receive the game till a week after the release date at earliest. Now correct me if I'm wrong but the point of pre-ordering a game is to ensure you have it on release day.
Trust me the small saving is not worth using this site at all. So please do what I did not and pay attention to the reviews here and elsewhere this is not a one off problem and seems to just be the 'norm' at 365 Games.
