I too have been completely scammed by these complete sad cases (purchased a product, never arrived!). How sad that this is how they live their life. So to keep things transparent, as previous comments have stated, the same fraudster, Luca Guerra, now has setup a registered company called TECH ELITE LTD, Company number 12159881; Foister Building, 124 Charles Street, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE1 1LB. Previous company secretary is Pabs Singh, who seems to have been appointed then 'resigned' only one day later. Registered address history: Fowgay Hall, 14 Fowgay Hall, 184 Dingle Lane Solihull B91 3PB; and 20B High Street Kington HR5 3AX on 29 April 2020 It appears this company has applied to be struck off the register, so at least posting the names of the fraudsters here will keep a record of it for the poor victims. I encourage EVERYONE to report their own scam with 3pinproducts to the National Fraud and Cyber Crime AND MENTION the new registered company of TECH ELITE LTD to be investigated.
