My son loves his bat and loved being able to customize the colors and grip. I'm not sure why there couldn't be bats already made and painted in each size and base color so it wouldn't take as long to ship. That is more of a suggestion than a complaint. My complaint is that I had an offer for a discount and when I clicked on the link for my son to customize his bat, I assumed it would work like other sites for other products and the discount would be applied at checkout. Evidently a person has to manually put in a discount code but my son and I paid full price with no sympathy from customer service. Then, shortly after that, a really good discount was offered, rubbing salt in the wound. I understand it was a busy time but I doubt if anyone will contact me to try to make things right.
