My grandson loves his coustom made catchers mitt but he was pretty disappointed when the velcro wrist strap failed. The fuzzy side is almost like it is worn out and it will not stick , rendering the mitt unsable till I can have the situation remedyed permanantly. He was disappointed because he hasn't even been able to catch a game with the mitt because it's not completely broken in. Yep that's right the velcro failed before the mitt was even broken in. I will rate this acceptable because it's velcro and I should have known better. I really struggled not to rate it a 2. Iwould not recomend this mitt to anyone with the velcro. Get a regular wrist strap and you won't be stuck like I am.
