While this company does their best to inform their customers on the product they purchased, there are flaws. I was receiving weekly updates until a problem was encountered and then communication stopped.
It is very frustrating that there is no phone number to talk to a representative and ask questions on a product that was ordered. It is also frustrating when I provided my number several times and NO ONE takes the time to call.
It has been 2 months since my order was placed and I am still waiting on my product!
