Your company provides excellent gloves and my daguhters love the fact they can customize their equipment, but your customer service is the absolute worst I have ever seen. There is no number to call and talk to someone, the chat feature is never attended to even during the hours it says its active, and emails take days for a response. To be hoenst, by the time we got the gloves I had such a bad taste in my mouth from your company that I considered getting my girls different gloves. Great product, terrible service.
