The buying process was simple and easy. The glove came on time and exactly as ordered. It was presented nicely in a personalized "44" carrying bag.
Quality seem good. Two things though that we noticed:
1) the glove is incredibly stiff, even after trying to break it in for almost a month. Going to take a while longer and will look at other options or ways to get it to feel right
2) the fit is "smaller" than prior glove, especially around the bottom of the heel and the tip of the fingers
