I am disgusted with what I have agreed to! I was too trusting and believed the 4Com team when they said the 7 year contract would be no bother to get out of. I am now stuck with a 5 more years of a bloated phone system (due to Covid I have reduced my team drastically), bills coming from 3 different companies, a fixed load that is only ending in 5 years time. If I leave, it looks like I have to pay out over £21K and this is after I return everything!? Their legal agreement is incredibly one sided, with pages of small print of which I wish I read every word before signing (and then not signing). I will be seeking legal advice as this is not acceptable. Buyer be ware!
