Awful appalling service! I ordered a lid for my Kenwood liquidiser. I was sent a completely different item. This was a mistake on their part of course, but I sent them a picture of what I had been sent. In response I was told to wait 2 working days while they investigated. I waited 4 working days and then they sent me an email saying their system did not allow replacements to be sent out and so they would not replace the item they had mistakenly sent me, and that I would have to reorder the item I wanted. They would only give me a refund when I return the mistaken item to them. If their system does not allow it, why not tell me straight away instead of making me wait four days?!
Really horrifyingly bad service: to keep the money I have paid, and to refuse to send the item I have ordered!
Don't use this company!
