I ordered a part in March, with an expected delivery date of May. It's now June and I have still not received my part, my email enquiries are not answered and I stopped receiving updates on my order in April. This company cannot be trusted. Worst thing is, I arrived at the site through a Beko link thinking I was ordering a genuine spare part. I will avoid Beko and avoid 4OurHouse in future. The two are a disgrace. One makes terrible products, the other just takes your money and leaves you hanging.
