Sent wrong items out (my order had correct part numbers) Eventually managed to arrange return. Was assured it was a one off mistake. Reordered and incorrect parts sent again. Very difficult to contact anyone to resolve the issue, chat facility on website very limited when available, no telephone number published and emails just returned with 'stock' replies. Second return still not resolved after 1 week, with nobody appearing to want to take responsibility. Will not use again, at the moment still £70 out of pocket. Wife found parts on Amazon £30 cheaper and they were delivered within 2 days. Avoid and use Amazon instead.
