poor customer service, was not informed that it would take 3 months to deliver a simple charging cable for a samsung tablet, no follow-up info Customer Chat not at all helpfully first one carried on with standard B/S platitudes and cut me off, second one took more details but mysteriously disappeared after asking for more details that were already in the system. As aside ordered cable from Samsung themselves delivery withing 2 days. overall if had the chance to give 0 stars I would do
