Order placed 15th Feb. Did not receive when promised. Sent several emails to customer service without reply. Finally had to call, and spoke to someone who struggled to work out what was going wrong and was confusing. Finally found my order and after telling me how much I had paid, requested proof of payment in order to process the order. I had already sent proof of my cr card payment on an earlier email. Total rubbish. Awaiting resolution.
