Visa arrived now, just 1.1/2 working days before we leave for China. Stress levels so high. Our contact person had left the company but no one had taken on the client. Visa was due to arrive 10 days before. I emailed 10 days before and 9 days before and phoned 8 days before. Finally the visa was organised but not mailed out until yesterday 5 days before. I'm relieved that it has arrived finally, as promised but would urge anyone applying through 5starchina to chase at least 3 weeks before in order to avoid such stress.
