WARNING - DO NOT USE I am astounded with the horrible service we have received from 5Star Carpet Cleaning. I found them through the website Bark for a basic rug cleaning job that has resulted in 2 of our £200 rugs being completely destroyed. How can you call yourselves a professional cleaning company and not take any accountability for your errors or read the instructional label on the back of the rug? What is worse is the team basically told us to go away when we tried to discuss a means of resolving the issue. I also tried to leave several reviews on their Bark company profile, which they swiftly deleted. DO NOT CONTACT THEM. They will destroy your property and act like it was your own fault. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
