Although the software may have limitations, the offerings covers 90% of our needs. We appreciate there is a development cycle for the software and that the software cannot cater for everything, but so far it has been an invaluable partner. We couldn't do without it. After sales support is best ever; Milka, Michael and team are exceptional and extremely prompt. It is like ongoing training... love it!
