I complained that my wife had been electrocuted by a faulty transformer/charger unit. A token reply was received and no further concern was offered. My wife was thrown across the room and suffered severe pain - no concern by 88vape. I have photos of the defective charger and three witnesses including myself. They sent me an incident report form, which I returned, but nothing heard since. This will be the same.
I have no complaints about the products other than the charger unit, but am severely disappointed by the customer service.
