This has to be the worst company ever. I ordered a tshirt for my partner off their website using their size chart for Christmas. When the t shirt came and I looked at it. I realised this would have been way too big for my other half. I contacted them via email explaining that because of their incorrect size chart I had got the wrong size. I was told to return it at my cost own cost and a refund would be processed etc. No apology for their chart being incorrect whatsoever. This wasn't an option for me as wasnt long to Christmas and as I work I could not get to a post office in their opening hours to have returned it. I decided to give it to another family member who it would fit and order a size smaller for my partner as I knew this was something he would love. I ordered it and about a week later got an email to say there was a delay in sending the order. So I emailed back and asked if I would receive the tshirt for Christmas as it was a present. I had no reply to this email even though I had said in it that I was already unhappy with their incorrect size chart on the website. I waited a few more days and still had no response so I had to phone them. I was told it was still being processed and had not yet been dispatched. This was due to it being Christmas. I understand places are busy at Christmas but if it hadn't been for them in the first place I would have already had the tshirt in the correct size. I received this item on Christmas Eve so it did arrive in time, thank goodness. It arrived eventually I suppose even though it was about 2 weeks after I had ordered it. At the time I was just relieved it had arrived. Then today I got my phone bill only to notice that my call to them has cost me nearly £4. If they had have replied to my email instead of being ignorant I wouldn't have had this charge. This may seem a small sum to some people but just to get one novelty tshirt for my partner has cost me a fortune. I would never use this company again and will make it my mission to warn other people to avoid this company like the plague. Never again......, they are truly incompetent and ignorant. Lessons learnt by this huge mistake. 8Ball have to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
