On the second occasion Karl spent an hour explaining the best option for us, looking around for the most competitive price and applying his knowledge of the industry to get us the cheapest and most suitable deal. Between ordering and delivery both Karl and Adam were excellent contacts on email answering our questions in a prompt and friendly manner. With Karl providing his outstanding knowledge of the trade and Adam his technical expertise, we felt in very safe hands. On pick-up day both Karl and Adam were patient, thorough and encouraging and the bikes fit our needs perfectly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the store to others and will definitely use again.
