Happy accommodating staff especially the manager who looked after me giving old fashioned personal service. I toyed with buying a bike online but 99 bikes at Southampton not only had a good price on a Cube but quickly fitted accessories and adjusted the bike to my needs I couldn't be happier. It's reassuring to have the shop as back up if needed.
