Disappointing. Good sale price on the bike but when it arrived we found an issue with the bike. Contacted customer service immediately but, even after two phone calls, we're basically told to sort it out ourselves by taking it to a bike shop. This would involve putting the bike on the car, driving 20 mins, paying for parking and then paying a minimum service fee. They then said they could fix if we brought the bike to the workshop in Southampton (an hour's drive away). After all that also found the inner tube was punctured at the seam but decided there was no point asking for help again.
