The only reason I gave 4 stars, was the delivery time, this was down to TNT/FEDEX who are widely spread as being the worst delivery courier around, and this was no different with my order. Definitely look at changing your delivery partner. I was happy with my bike once I received it, I made a huge saving thanks to 99bikes
