Having enquired about a bike on the cycle to work scheme I realised I needed to wait for 4 weeks to receve my LOC but didn't want to lose the opportunity of then discount available. Phil at 99 bikes Southampton was brilliant and could not have been more helpful. Great communication and an unbelievable delivery time, less than 12 hours from the order being placed! Would highly recommend.
