I have to say I am both impressed and grateful to the staff and service this shop offers. I felt let down by Go Outdoors as I had ordered and paid for a bike to be told I could not take it and had to wait. As I needed a bike to get my Goddaughter to school. After haif a week of waiting I started to look around in desperation and I found a Scott Bike of the right colour and of better quality than the one I had already ordered. I got my money back on that one and got the Scott and Byron was very helpful as was everyone else in setting my Goddaughter up for size and fitted her out in no time. All in all a very good experience and something to note that they keep bikes for every level of use and your pocket, but what they do is offer quality and good service and are always there if you need help. All I can say is thank you and well done!!!
