99 Bikes were excellent throughout! At the time we contacted them the shop was in disarray after a car had smashed through their shop window. But, despite the resulting damage & disruption, they couldn't have been more helpful. Adam and Paul were both excellent in helping us choose our bikes, set them up, fit a number of additional accessories - Owen also kindly & very ably helped us out with this - and in providing us with lots of useful advice & recommendations. They were also very understanding when we had to change one of the bikes. We cannot recommend the staff at the Chichester branch of 99 Bikes highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
