Excellent product and the staff in the store were incredibly helpful - I had an issue with getting the balance of the bikes on the rack. Staff took the time to "problem solve" the issue with me and came up with a practical solution. Product is easy to install (takes some additional time to set up) and racks fit well on the car (Toyota Corolla). Thanks 99 Bikes Blackburn for your help (and patience). Cheers
