As is normal prices and dispatch time was very good BUT packaging was very poor. Box that items were packed in was of very poor quality and as a result was split when received. Part of the order included a small 3 oz bottle of chain lubricant of which cap had not been taped for transport. Though the bottle was placed in a zip seal plastic bag, lubricant leaked out of bag and some lube was lost in transit. Hopefully 99bikes will read this review and then act to seal tops of lube bottles with either duct or insulation tape to significantly reduce the potential of leakage.
