I have never left a review before.. but I have never been as blown away as I was by the staff at the Osborne Park branch… I was a little nervous before visiting the store to pick up my first mountain bike as an adult (I haven’t ridden since I was a kid so my knowledge is 0), but I was so thankful of how patient and happy the staff were to pass on their knowledge to me. They educated and directed me towards the accessories I would need starting out, while steering me away from the products I wouldn’t need just yet. One of them even helped pick out the best helmet for me based on his recommendation, which was below mid-range price, so they weren’t just selling to sell, which is so rare yet so appreciated! I know it may not mean much but thank you again to all the staff at the 99 Bikes, Osborne Park! You have given me the much needed confidence to step back into a 99 Bikes store as a total newbie, and have a grateful customer for life based on my experience :). Jessica
