I found the staff very polite and helpful over the phone and really liked the quick and efficient CLICK & COLLECT service. I also appreciated how quickly they were able to schedule me in for repairs for my eBike and get me back out cycling during the COVID lockdown period. Most of all the work carried out on my bike was very good and I was pleasantly surprised at the minimal rate they charged for repairs. I originally purchased my eBike from 99Bikes in Alexandria but am now delighted I only have to travel to Carlton to get the same great service.
