Service was A1. Staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. The Buzzrack Eazzy2 Bike Rack is a great product - well made, strong and stable. I love it ! However, there is an issue with the slip on number plate holder - best to secure with a screw - mine either bumped or blew off !
