Estelle was extremely helpful with the delivery and set up of the bike. Made suitable adjustments to the bike for ease of riding. Explained the operation and functions of the E-Bike and answered our questions about the bike. Estelle was prompt with text messages regarding the availability and the pick up of the bike, as we were coming from regional area to pick up the bike.
