I placed a click and collect order and tried to call the store before leaving home 120kms away to ensure it could be brought to the car boot as i had two small children on board and the weather was horrendous. The phone rang out several times. I finally got through to the workshop and they went off to connect me to the store. End of story. Never connected. I rang 17 times on my way along the highway. No answer. Finally got on to the workshop again and they said Yes they'd bring it to the car boot. Very frustrating. Staff told me they were short staffed. Maybe put a message on your phone if you can't pick up every call. First world issue of course. Very happy with the eventual delivery and swift pleasant service. Product looks to be great quality.
