I have been 99 bike customer for more than 3 years now. I have to say that their customer service is top notch for two main reasons. 1 Fast shipping with easy tracking. 2 If you have a problem they are very fast to respond and know their products so as giving you good advice on what you are after. 3 Their return and refund policy is great no interrogation to customers on why they want to return product fast replacement or refund. I have to say this is what a customer needs a hassle free transaction. I have to say customer service department is what let down most business. Keep up 99 bikes
