Bought the refurbished version and it is in perfect condition. The espresso it produces is amazing - actually got the 9barista because I was fascinated by the engineering and design but after using it I see that it produces better coffee than a lot of full size machines I tried! The biggest negative point is that they don't ship it with a couple of spare silicon shower screens. They cost little to produce but you can't use the machine if you loose the one it comes with. +design +quality +coffee quality +ease of use -accessories way to expensive and the basics (induction adapter, dosing ring, spare silicone shower screens) should be included -Fedex shipping is super expensive and annoying
