following an order preparation problem, new barista had the problem very quickly. He even offered me an IMS filter for the unexpected delay in delivery. I really thank the team for being quick to resolve my delivery issue. Regarding the machine, it is extraordinary and produces a very good espresso. I do not regret my purchase and am very very happy with it. For any French person wishing to place an order, I assure you the company is honest and very responsive to any problem.
