Best coffee pot ever for espresso! I have purchased 9Barista with Varia VS3. This is my new routine for creating a nice express every day. Very small detail, but there should be a good / large reminder in the box saying do not put the pot long time on heat (after creating expresso or even during experimenting the level of coffee grinding and the quality of coffee), otherwise we will impair the ring and need to order other rings to repair, due to the safety mechanism.
